  • True to its original form, the Kansas Barn Sale will accept vendors with antique and vintage finds, rusty gold, and handmade artisan goods. We will also accept food vendors who comply with cottage law requirements. We will offer specific breakdowns in categories such as handmade jewelry, metal works, woodworking, outdoor decor, vintage and primitives, rusty gold and chippy paint perfections, etc.

  • Complete a vendor application. You can find that page at the top navigation on this website.

  • We are a true vintage and antique show. We do not have wholesale dealers, 3D printed items, tumblers, etc. While other shows focus on the quantity of vendors, we focus on the quality of vendors who adhere to these standards.

  • This is our secret sauce! Our motto is expansion always in all ways. We combined radio, print, social media, flyers around town, multiple billboards, rack cards, advertisements in regional antique magazines and tradeshow materials, etc.

  • We will be INSIDE the McPherson Community Building. Setup can start Friday afternoon/evening, and then the area is locked until vendors are allowed early admission in the morning.

    We’ve taken this route (and added expense) to ensure the weather will not affect our operation.

  • You will be working with our senior-most team members and managers.

    We each specialize in different areas.

    You will always have access to Ben, the owner, via cell phone or email. You won’t be pigenholed or forgotten.

  • Pets are not allowed. We do not allow open carrying of firearms. Alcohol is not allowed.

  • Tickets are on sale now!

    Tickets are valid for entry for anyone 12+. Tickets are not needed for children under 12.

    The ticket is good for the duration of the event.

    Buying tickets ahead on the website costs $5. Buying tickets at the door (after standing in line) are $7 for folks 12+. Buy online and skip the line!

    Tickets can be purchased on the website through our provider, Tickets Candy, and then you will scan your phone for entry. If you are not comfortable with this technology, call The Ark and we can help you get registered in other ways. 620-718-2036

  • VIP tickets get you into the event one hour before regular admission tickets can be sold. VIP tickets sell for $10, and we limit this to the first 150 people who sign up for these tickets. THEY WILL GO FAST. This will open on Sept. 1, 2026.

    You will not be able to buy VIP tickets at the door, as they will be sold out. In most of our events, VIP tickets are sold out in the first 48 hours after launch.

  • We do not allow pets, strollers, wagons, shopping carts, or large bags. No open carrying of firearms is allowed. No alcohol is allowed. No vaping or smoking is allowed, including in our outdoor sales areas.
